The ASC-112 Automatic Steam Cleaner utilizes high-pressure steam and air to effectively clean and sterilize the internal cavity of the implant platform.

This cavity poses challenges for conventional cleaning methods and is often contaminated with residual oil from the CNC machining process of the implant.

A dedicated tray is used to load 255 implants into the ASC-112, where each implant is cleaned individually with high-pressure steam and air, following the specified user parameters.
